He always takes the time to understand exactly the shape I want, and the results are always perfect and natural. The service is outstanding, the prices are great, and you can really tell they’re experts in brow design. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Highly recommended!

The best lash lift and brow experience I’ve ever had! With my lashes: I’ve never had so much lift - Crystal knew where on my lashes was resistant and where to focus on pushing them a bit more. With my brows: I’m usually very particular with the shape of my brows and have found all the times I’ve had down in the past with other technicians, they ignore my natural shape and take way too much brow off but Crystal absolutely nailed it - perfected the shape, thickness and colour. 100/10 would recommend.

It was my first time getting my brows treated, so I was quite trepidatious to say the least. Grace took the time to explain the different options that were available and I felt quite reassured that I would be well looked after. It was much appreciated. For the time and care she took for my brow/lash colour, I believe the treatment was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

The staff were soooo lovely! They patiently answered my questions and gave me recommendations as it was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and i left feeling really satisfied. Will be coming back again! Plus Iris did my lashes so efficiently and they turned out natural as I wanted. I didn’t catch the name of the other staff member but she was absolutely lovely to talk to and helped with all my concerns. Thanks ladies!

I’m so happy with my eyebrows! I’d been thinking about getting them done for years, but I was always worried they might end up too dark or just not suit my face. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and i absolutely love the experience. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable . Since it was my first time, they explained the aftercare instructions, which i really appreciated. The place is also very relaxing. 10/10 haircut experience, felt welcomed and looked after from the moment I entered. Macca was my barber, he brings a relaxed, comfortable vibe whilst maintaining sublime professionalism, listened well and took on what I had in mind (which can be hard to find from a barber). Overall, it was a seamless and smooth time at Waves, I wish I wasn’t leaving the country as I would be a regular guest!
