I recently visited Kreative Manes and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The massaging chair during the hair wash was incredibly relaxing and set the tone for the rest of the appointment. The stylist did an excellent job with my haircut, delivering exactly what I had requested with precision and care. She also styled my hair beautifully, leaving me feeling confident and refreshed. I made an appointment with Mike, but when I arrived without notification changed hair stylist. Nikki did the good job, and hair cut was satisfactory. But the end they charged me as top hair stylist rate was 70$ I realized when I returned home and check if Nikki was as top hair stylist, but she was not. Is this usually happened in this salon? I liked Nikki, but they fooled me? I need comment from owner.

Nora was great! Super friendly, accommodating to my needs. She made me this bomb.com coffee before we got to a root touch up and haircut! She did a blowout and it turned out fabulous! She was so attentive to what I was asking for in a haircut and I left with my hair smiling. I will be going back. Thank you fir bringing the bounce back into my hair!
