I’m very cautious with my hair but I love supporting the students which can be nerve wrecking. The professionalism exhibited throughout the salon is unmatched. Mikaela did a phenomenal job highlighting my hair. She was pleasant, patient, professional, courteous and gentle. The color she created and the final outcome were a work of art! So appreciative of my experience today and so excited to show off my masterpiece!

The instructor with grey hair lectured the students in front of me about the unsanitary conditions of the salon and threatened to take away service without providing constructive criticism on how to improve. She just called them “terrible” My stylist and Ms. Eva were amazing they asked what I wanted and were concerned with my comfort. Ms. Eva and Anna provided a great consultation and allowed me to choose.

This was my first visit at IIC in Wethersfield, CT and Holly made me feel at ease in her ability to give me a great cut and style. I’m very happy. I plan to return for some coloring next.

This was my second time attending under the Wethersfield Senior Center. The young lady who cut my hair was very good. She did a nice haircut and I asked to have a little more taken from the top, the instructor did the cutting. I think she was going for the Dorothy Hamill/ Bowl cut. I didn't want full short bangs and after a couple of weeks they finally have grown to go sideways. Thank you for this service. AA

I had a really great experience today and IIC Wethersfield. I feel so bad I do not remember the student’s name but she just did an amazing job on my hair! I wanted to go all blonde with a balayage and cool tone, and the result really blew my mind. It took some time but I really didn’t mind, she did great and it looks so good! The supervisors were great and other students helped as well. I trust the salon completely every time I go!

Hello. I had a fantastic experience with Maddie F. this past Wednesday. She is super sweet, kind and attentive. Her touch is what a stylist’s should be. When washing my hair she gave me the most divine head massage that a stylist has EVER given me in 40 years! I left the salon feeling and looking absolutely gorgeous. Honestly, I had a great big smile the rest of the day! Thank you Maddie for making me feel like my beautiful self again. I can’t wait for my next visit.

I was impressed by the hands on, skill building techniques available to the student, the customer service and my hairdresser Brieanna. She was professional and attentive the entire time I was there.
