She has an understanding of muscle anatomy and always manages to get to the root of the tension. She is professional, intuitive, and highly skilled. I highly recommend her!

Great experience! 90 minute massage, relaxing atmosphere, and Liz will communicate what you would like to focus on beforehand to ensure max benefits. I am not a massage connoisseur by any means, but I would recommend treating yourself to one of these if you get the chance!

Liz is a fantastic massuese. She is very knowledgeable and applies just the right amount of pressure to soothe sore, tight muscles without making you feel like you have been beat up. I see her once a month and only wish I could find time in my schedule to see her more frequently!
