I have been getting regular massages for over 20 years, and Liz is the best deep tissue therapist I have ever worked with. I’ve been seeing her for over 6 years now. She has an understanding of muscle anatomy and always manages to get to the root of the tension. She is professional, intuitive, and highly skilled. I highly recommend her!

Liz took the time to ask what were my problem areas, listened to what I told her and then went to work. It was everything that my body needed, and also to help in my recovery.
