Had my first haircut with Satoeri, and it was an amazing experience! She started by giving thoughtful recommendations based on the reference I showed her, ensuring the cut would suit me well. Throughout the session, she was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere rather than the usual stiff salon experience. The haircut turned out exactly as I wanted, and she even shared helpful tips on achieving the curls I love when styling my hair. I’ll definitely be returning to Satoeri for future haircuts!

Absolutely lovely experience at the salon. Tsubasa was so gentle with my hair and the massage, hot compress, aromatherapy eye mask and drinks menu was simply icing on the cake. The appointment ended exactly on time as well which is very surprising, rebonding smooth treatment and cut ended in exactly 3 hours. This would have taken other salons at least 4-5 hours i have very long hair. This is money well spent as other more expensive places don't even come close to providing this excellent service.

I had a pleasant first visit at flamingo with stylist Hiro. He is during the haircut. The hair wash was relaxing and he really takes time drying my hair to have a nicely layered voluminous look. He also gives advice for maintaining healthy hair and for styling. I really enjoyed the service. The salon has a beautiful interior and a cozy atmosphere, perfect spot to relax.

My first visit at this salon. My hair stylist is Tsubasa san. I am very happy with the hair cut, and the treatment he did for me, made my hair less frizzy and easy to style at home. He also gave me a small pack of take home treatment.

I love the service and ambience of this salon ,when i walk in mikki consulted me for the recommended haircut i want ,i actually didn't want any short layers at the back but i trusted her, i actually ended up liking the haircut alot .It really gives my flat hair more volume .I previously did my haircut at blonde & pastal hair salon from the director haircut but his layered haircut was terrible so i came here to flamingo to get mikki to fix my uneven layers and she did a wonderful job.I will come back again.Thank you ❤️

This is my third time visiting Livia and Sankakkei, and I just can’t get enough! I always have such a lovely, relaxing experience here. It’s my first time to the salon. Tsubasa is my stylist. I just went there to color my hair. Nothing fancy but Tsubasa is good. He is very polite and gentle with my hair. He also did some light curling to my hair which I love it a lot. The service is really warm and cozy. Will come back for sure. I think I found my salon and stylist.

Asako is a true artist with scissors! My experience at her salon was fantastic from start to finish. Always wonderful. Sankakkei hair salon can give you a personalized and caring feeling every time you are there. From the greeting, hair advise, personal touch, to farewell. The most amazing part is during your service time slot, you are the only one being serviced, so you don’t need to worry your time is wasted or your hair don’t get the best handling. It’s my 3rd time coming back. Will keep coming and I really looking forward for the perm style which I mainly took the hair cut, coloring, and treatment before.

The experience i had at Flamingo Tiong Bahru woth Makoto was amazing! He was super thorough with explaining everything alongside his experience and opinions before starting. Till date, i have not had another experience as similar and amazing as the one i had here with Makoto. He had also helped fix a very bad experience at another salon where my hair and layers got messed up by someone else. I’m thankful that i have moved nearby, and is just over a 10 minute walk. It was my first time visiting the salon and had my hair done (full colouring, highlights and treatment) by Zackey! The outcome of my red hair? AMAZING! It was a pleasant experience from the start till the end as Zackey was welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough explaining and suggesting what should/shouldn’t be done with my hair. It is my first time visiting. I love I like the atmosphere of salon.

Shuji does the best haircut. Was glad to find him again at SENTTEN having had my hair cut by him several times in a different hair salon. The hair cut by him can last several months, with minimal maintenance on my part. It’s something which other hairstylists can’t seem to achieve. Hence, will definitely return to SENTTEN again.
