Absolutely lovely experience at the salon. Tsubasa was so gentle with my hair and the massage, hot compress, aromatherapy eye mask and drinks menu was simply icing on the cake. The appointment ended exactly on time as well which is very surprising, rebonding smooth treatment and cut ended in exactly 3 hours. This would have taken other salons at least 4-5 hours i have very long hair. This is money well spent as other more expensive places don't even come close to providing this excellent service.

I have been going to Trimmings at Dempsey Hill for the last 13 years. The service is always excellent, well-priced and the team are always kind, courteous, and accommodating. This is my go-to salon for nail treatments, beauty treatments and is excellent for children and teens hair. They structure the pricing for all ages, which is great!

My first visit at this salon. My hair stylist is Tsubasa san. I am very happy with the hair cut, and the treatment he did for me, made my hair less frizzy and easy to style at home. He also gave me a small pack of take home treatment.

Went there twice, once for eyelash extensions which was done efficiently, but lashes dropped out way quicker than at other salons I’ve done my eyelashes. Second time I went for a model trial for nails, which they said was a total upfront cost for unlimited design but I ended up being charged extra for charms because the nail tech didn’t want/didn’t have time to do the design I wanted. So… overall I’m not sure I would come back.

My 5-6 session here since moved to Singapore. Recommended by my friend on this salon. Great service and professional as always. I got wonderful advice from Tsubasa from hair cut, to color and scalp treatment. Really looking forward to try their perm next time.

Hair stylist May has fantastic technique in doing colouring for me today. She is skillful, experienced and professional. The bleaching and color were well controlled in time and color management. Personally, I regard the price is considered high among neighbourhood, what I paid is equal or more than the salon I visited in Orchard road.

Desmond was excellent in articulating his ideas and skillset by explaining in details what he planned to do for me. The end result came perfectly as what he has shown me. I love my new hair style and will definitely come back to look for him. The only star left for improvement is the dressing table area @Dempsey may need improvement. I definitely don't like the "natural" wood finishing, it does look kinda cheap, which made me lack of confident when I stepped into the salon. The ambient @Tanglin branch at least feel a little classy. I absolutely love the extra massage after washing my hair.

I love the service and ambience of this salon ,when i walk in mikki consulted me for the recommended haircut i want ,i actually didn't want any short layers at the back but i trusted her, i actually ended up liking the haircut alot .It really gives my flat hair more volume .I previously did my haircut at blonde & pastal hair salon from the director haircut but his layered haircut was terrible so i came here to flamingo to get mikki to fix my uneven layers and she did a wonderful job.I will come back again.Thank you ❤️

This is my second time coming to The Beauty Folks for my lash refill appointment. My experience was wholesome. The place is cozy and welcoming. Furthermore, there was no discomfort throughout the session. The lash technician, Grace, was very skilful in making sure that my lashes looked pretty and natural. 10/10 highly recommended for her lash extension services!

This is my third time visiting Livia and Sankakkei, and I just can’t get enough! I always have such a lovely, relaxing experience here. My mother brought me to this place for a facial treatment to help tone my face. The first impression of the place was affordable and tranquil. The soothing music puts me in a calm and peaceful state. The lady therapist who helped me to do the facial was friendly and affable who assured me during the facial. The process was swift with only 45mins. In my opinion, I feel that it is sufficient to treat my face. I will recommend this beauty salon for facial treatment especially if you are looking for a place with organic ingredients.

The place was comfortable and Kaylene was patient and listened to what I wanted for my hair and gave me advice. Satisfied with how my hair turned out. Overall, it was a great experience at Salon Nu and it was my first time visiting this salon as well.

Have been going here for almost a year and I love that they’re like a one-stop place for beauty treatments without the hard selling.

Shuji does the best haircut. Was glad to find him again at SENTTEN having had my hair cut by him several times in a different hair salon. The hair cut by him can last several months, with minimal maintenance on my part. It’s something which other hairstylists can’t seem to achieve. Hence, will definitely return to SENTTEN again.

Super comfortable experience with May during my facial and fat freeze session. She’s my go to therapist and by far favourite therapist from all the different salons that Ive been to. She always makes sure that i am comfortable. As i was having period cramps, she made hot tea to help to sooth my stomach too. Definitely coming back to her next time 😊
