I had such a lovely experience at Skin Retreat by Charlotte. Charlotte is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and I immediately felt completely at ease. She took the time to understand what I wanted and explained everything clearly throughout the treatment. The treatment itself was amazing and I was really pleased with the results. You can tell Charlotte has years of experience and genuinely cares about her clients and the results she achieves. The treatment room is lovely, clean and welcoming, and I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend Skin Retreat by Charlotte

I felt like I’d had 3-4hrs of pampering, not 1 hr. The cabin was warm & welcoming, Hannah had a cozy bed ready with warm blankets and a soft. After the initial health check, I had her new Bio Peel treatment, & was talked through every step of the process. Hannah checked I felt comfortable with the products on my face. I can’t wait for the next treatment in a couple of months.

Once again, Hannah was very professional, highly knowledgable and gave advice and recommendations tailored to my needs, ie, targeting the signs of ageing. Over the last couple of years my skin has much improved and this is solely down to Hannah’s facials and specific treatments. I highly recommend . Thank you Hannah.
