The facilities were beautiful and clean, but the highlight was definitely the lady spa host who made our experience so special. From her warm greetings to guiding us through the facilities, and even the little chats we had when she passed by, she truly embodied the spirit of the spa. This was by far the best spa experience I have had Rosie gave me a swedish massage and I am so chilled. All of the team were lovely made us feel welcome. I came with a friend who I am visiting for the weekend. I will defiantly visit again when I am in Scotland 🥰

We had an amazing day at the spa. Reason for good instead of great is we weren't happy with choices of food for afternoon tea or 2 course set lunch option. Only other negative was that the floor by the poolside/spa area was very slippy in our spa slippers and we did have a few near misses.

First time visiting. Very impressed with the facilities. Gorgeous deco and great atmosphere. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Treatment was great too. A really lovely day and will be back and recommemd to others too.

Myself & my sister attended the Aura Spa (March) and both of our therapists were amazing! I had a full body massage which was genuinely the best massage I have ever received - the beds are heated and so comfortable and my therapist was very thorough during an initial quick consultation & throughout the entire massage, really focusing on my problem areas. My sister received the ESPA 55 min facial & said it was such a soothing experience including a head and neck massage, & the therapist gave her a full list of the products used at the end of treatment, her skin is glowing & brighter!

Fantastic couples spa day. Receptionist in spa was so lovely and very helpful. The massage treatments were just what we needed, the beauty therapist were very professional, friendly and made us feel so relaxed. The spa itself and facilities were were excellent. Lunch was great too. Couldn’t fault our day.

What a wonderful experience my friend and I had today at the Aura spa. The new manager is a wee gem and so helpful and friendly. My therapist. Nicola, was just fabulous. She made me feel at ease straight away and I had one of the most relaxing treatments I have ever had! The whole spa is so luxurious and relaxing. I can’t wait to come back!
