Lydia is without a doubt one of the nicest, most proficient and pleasant hair dressers I have ever come across. Her skill set is amazing from cuts to colour - she listens quietly, explains procedures and predicted outcomes and always manages to make her clients leave the salon feeling like a million dollars! Like many people, I look forward to having some “me” time and Tracey’s wash and blow dry on a Friday morning is that little oasis of calm in my life! The salon is warm and friendly, all the girls are polite and thoughtful and they work as a family rather than a Team - but without the trauma that family relationships can cause!! Hot drinks and a chat - if you want one - and let’s face it sometimes we don’t - and after 25 mins I leave glowing with the knowledge that whatever life throws at me this weekend - I LOOK GORGEOUS!! Thanks Tracey and all the Team at Level for restoring my mojo!! Xx

My hair experience was full of anxiety but soon put at ease by Tony As I was going for major change I had previously met with Tony to discuss a few ideas Tony's work was remarkable, he talked me through all the processes Will gladly recommend Tony and his salon friendly and accommodating
