this was one of the most relaxing and amazing facials i've received in a long time. I got the flourish facial with an extra add on of gua shua and i'm pretty sure i fell asleep at some point. so worth it! will def be coming back. :)

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant. I felt it was money worth spent she does an amazing job and is an amazing person . Overall pleased and will definitely be coming back . Jaclynn does the Lord’s work. The difference in my skin after her treatments and tailored skincare routine is unbelievable. I’ve had a lot of facials at a lot of places (including high end spas) and they do not compare to Jaclynn.

I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

Wow, my experiences with Rapi keep getting better. Today I saw her for a body exfoliation, which was amazing. The exfoliation makes your skin so soft especially right after an Mexican vacation. Then i had the most awesome multi masking facial. It completed my experience, my face is so soft and hydrated now. Rapi always amazes me, I can't wait to try one of her many special Christmas facials that she is offering next month. Thanks Rapi! Highly recommend any of her multi treatments.

My daughter has been talking about Jacqlin's facials for years and I finally got one myself and it was one of the most exquisite experiences I have had in a very long time. J ' s facial massages are firm, yet gentle; her applications of the different oils, agents, were accompanied by an explanation of what they are intended to accomplish. The entire process was exceedingly relaxing and the outcome was great. Eye areas no longer dark, wrinkles reduced, skin soft and entire face radiant and moisturized. Ill be back in a few months for another round for sure. Jacqlin is also truely wonderful.
