I had an overall good experience, the colour is beautiful. I was however a little shocked to be charged $80 for a ladies haircut when all I got was a trim of the dead ends that didn't need to be coloured, and then when my hair was washed it was levelled. If I knew I was paying $80 for that I would have asked for a proper cut and got my fringe levelled and fixed aswell.
