My experience with Bren at TheBar Skincare always exceeds my expectations, not only is the facial relaxing but the time spent with Bren is better than having a therapist. Bren is always open accepting and provides a safe space for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows my skin after all these years. This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! The receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and encouraged me to get a referral so my insurance can cover my physical therapy appointments. Once that was complete, I went in the very next day and received excellent treatment from the providers which included cupping and massage. Im 100% returning. The space is exceptionally clean and tidy which is also a plus

For a salon on fifth Avenue her prices are unbeatable and she has such a clean and welcoming space. She is also so sweet, professional and honest. I don’t know why more people are talking about this place. Front desk (forgot her name) was lovely! I had an amazing facial with Sabrina. She is knowledgeable, firm with her hands and amazing. I left glowing and will be coming back for other treatments!

A little language barrier but otherwise service was fantastic. Never felt so relaxed at a facial. My skin came out so smooth and soft. The AI face report was ok, although not fully accurate.

This was my first time having the Japanese scalp treatment and let me say that it was so much better than I expected. Staff were amazing and amicable. The place was very nicely decorated and very very clean. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great “me” time and relax but at the same time taking care of your scalp.

I’m so glad I found Sasha at Spring Muse. I had eyebrow microblading removed with laser at another place, but it left behind yellow pigment that wouldn’t fade. I didn’t know yellow is one of the hardest colors to remove. After wasted time and money, I found Sasha. She explained everything, used a gentler method, and made sure my skin was protected.
