Didn't know what to expect upon my first ever session but Kitti was very welcoming and friendly. The treatment itself was quite relaxing and felt nice, I found the vacuuming a little uncomfortable but Kitti ensured I was comfortable and okay. Lovely appointment with Lauren this evening. Made sure I was comfortable throughout and very informative on each of the steps and after care 💕

This was a top up treatment having had the original course a year ago. Lauren is very friendly, professional and always explains exactly what she is doing. I would not hesitate to recommend her, I will be back.
