This my third visit to Fourth Avenue Medical Aesthetics, this time for my first treatment with Botox. Jacqueline took time to explain the process, the results that I could expect and my options. I felt that she genuinely cared about providing me with the best advice to achieve the results I am looking for.

I had my first visit to Fourth Avenue Medical Aesthetics and was very impressed! The salon is beautiful and the staff very courteous. I had a consultation with owner Jacqueline who spent a lot of time explaining the various procedures and options to me, which I much appreciated as a novice to medical aesthetics. Jacqueline is obviously very knowledgeable and patient and did not make me feel pressured to make a quick decision. I am looking forward to returning for my first treatment!

If there was a rating higher then 5 stars I would definitely give it to Fourth Avenue Medical Aesthetics!! Jacqueline is soo amazing and always makes me feel so comfortable. It’s normal for my nerves to be high going into my appointment and as soon as I sit in the chair she makes me feel so comfortable and calm 💗 I highly recommend Fourth Avenue to anyone who is looking for a qualified Nurse, to know that your money was well spent and the job was done perfectly all while enjoying your experience. What more could you ask for!

This was my first time at Fourth Avenue and Ella was amazing! The facial was fantastic! She listened to everything and applied it during the appointment. Her technique was spot on and massage skills were phenomenal. I caught myself snoring from how relaxed I was. My skin also looks so fresh and plump. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I had an amazing facial at Elva Medical Aesthetics with Allanna! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel so relaxed throughout the treatment. Today I had the owner, Paula, as my Laser Hair Removal treatment provider. Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I was indeed comfortable. Paula did a great job, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend this location of Elva Aesthetics as a place where you'll get professional individuals who look after you and are pleasantly engaging.

Always the best service at Elva Medical Aesthetics

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

Arlex is great! I can't say enough about how good she is, how professional she is and, how patient she is with a guy who can see past his nose once his glasses are off! Highly recommend Elva and her team at Elva Medical Aesthetics! 100%
