This was my first time at Fourth Avenue and Ella was amazing! The facial was fantastic! She listened to everything and applied it during the appointment. Her technique was spot on and massage skills were phenomenal. I caught myself snoring from how relaxed I was. My skin also looks so fresh and plump. Can't wait for my next appointment!

This was my first experience at a Medi Spa and I was blown away by the time and attention Jacqueline gave me during my consultation. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I get botox, microneeding on my brows and have gotten many of their facials on the regular! All of their services are amazing and everytime I see results! I have been coming here for 3 years so far. My skin has never been better in my life. Elva and her expertise has made such a difference for me! I highly recommend this place for ALL of your beauty and skin care needs! Her team is highly trained and all of the girls are lovely! They also offer many other services like mani pedi, lashes and laser therapy!
