Having a local ice bath and sauna right here in Nambour is amazing! No more half-hour drives to Maroochydore just to get my fix. The space has such a relaxed vibe, and Charlee makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. Such a great addition to the community!

These fellas a great. Haircuts a good, but its who they are that makes this place sweet. Whether its for myself or my 6 year old with ASD and ADHD - they welcome us, are kind, and good addition to Nambour!

Local Motion is my go-to for self care. Charly has thoughtfully created a boutique experience that is kind to your wallet! I always feel refreshed and cared for when I leave, her music selection is the best on the Sunshine Coast and all equipment/facilities are super clean. Nambour is lucky to have such a wonderful, unpretentious and honest recovery space for our mind and bodies! I can’t imagine anyone giving less than 5 stars!!

This is one of Nambour’s best kept secrets, very relaxing where they only have one person/ couple using each zone at one time. Lovely atmosphere and great facilities.
