Having a local ice bath and sauna right here in Nambour is amazing! No more half-hour drives to Maroochydore just to get my fix. The space has such a relaxed vibe, and Charlee makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. Such a great addition to the community!

Very clean and inviting space where you can completely relax and recharge. Supporting a small business where the owner operates the property is a must in a community like Nambours. Go and book yourself in for some TLC, you won't regret it.

These fellas a great. Haircuts a good, but its who they are that makes this place sweet. Whether its for myself or my 6 year old with ASD and ADHD - they welcome us, are kind, and good addition to Nambour!

Local Motion is my go-to for self care. Charly has thoughtfully created a boutique experience that is kind to your wallet! I always feel refreshed and cared for when I leave, her music selection is the best on the Sunshine Coast and all equipment/facilities are super clean. Nambour is lucky to have such a wonderful, unpretentious and honest recovery space for our mind and bodies! I can’t imagine anyone giving less than 5 stars!!

Fantastic local gem tucked away in the burbs. Great recovery for my knee injury and just general wellness. Felt amazing afterwards. Love that you can book solo sessions. Will be back.

Having just completed a four days hike, I booked in for a Swedish Massage. Lou found all the sore places and worked out alot of tension in my calves and across my shoulders and back. The whole experience was so relaxing, I am feeling so good, lovely, relaxed and tired. Thank you ❤️
