Very clean and inviting space where you can completely relax and recharge. Supporting a small business where the owner operates the property is a must in a community like Nambours. Go and book yourself in for some TLC, you won't regret it.

These fellas a great. Haircuts a good, but its who they are that makes this place sweet. Whether its for myself or my 6 year old with ASD and ADHD - they welcome us, are kind, and good addition to Nambour!

Local Motion is my go-to for self care. Charly has thoughtfully created a boutique experience that is kind to your wallet! I always feel refreshed and cared for when I leave, her music selection is the best on the Sunshine Coast and all equipment/facilities are super clean. Nambour is lucky to have such a wonderful, unpretentious and honest recovery space for our mind and bodies! I can’t imagine anyone giving less than 5 stars!!

It was my first time having my legs and underarms waxed. Louise was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. She quickly out me at ease, talked me through how the treatment would go, and gave great advice. Louise is very engaging, and the whole experience enjoyable. I am looking forward to booking a massage, or facial, or both.

I got my lash and brows done and it was a very easy and relaxing experience. Louise is lovely, with a great set up. I’m keen to try some of her other treatments.
