Sarah was really lovely and talked me through my first brow lamination. I was happy with the results but didnt know I was meant to keep them dry for 24 hours so my brows are looking a little flat today which is disappointing.

Hi Melanie, I am so sorry to hear that you left disappointed as aftercare should have been relayed back to you, as an apology I would love to offer you 20% off any future appointment. Also with a brow lamination they still need to brushed up every day to get that look otherwise they will look flat.
