Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Thank you Charlotte 😊

Becky was great but had to leave early. I then went to Sally who finished preparing my nails for painting. I was then passed to another girl who painted my nails. Don’t like to be negative but when I got home I realised that some of my nails felt slightly sticky and my little finger nail was quite dull and had fluff stuck to it.

Was early for my appointment and was able to be seen. Went well

Very good, was seen promptly even though I was early and everyone was polite and given a warm greeting
