⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for pain relief! My neck and shoulders were incredibly stiff and sore (office job & poor posture). I’d been looking for massages more locally for a while. It’s safe to say I am really glad I found Ben. I suffer quite a lot with upper back and neck tension. The space is really relaxing too, I love the music, lighting, hearing bed, water trickling. There’s a lot of thought, effort and focus that Ben puts into the room itself but also the massages - including checking on focus areaa. So glad to have found this place!

Came for my first ever lymphatic drainage body sculpt full body session today. I was really nervous & worried & anxious as I feel very self conscious with my body & my tummy areas especially I don’t let anyone see it & always cover it up so was a big thing coming today but Beth made me feel super comfortable both by coving me up using towels, respecting my privacy, explaining step by step what we are doing, & why, & be just having a general chat & getting to know one another better. Made me feel So so comfortable, safe & at ease, relaxing environment.
