Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. First ever lash lift and tint, so was a bit nervous but needn’t have worried!! Libby was so gentle and explained each stage, as we got there, so I knew what to expect… The results, well am amazed my lashes can look so good and wish I’d done it sooner. Thanks Libby ❤️

Had a great experience with Annie, getting a second ear piercing. Was a bit nervous but she was so friendly and professional and completely put me at ease. Super happy with the result!

Annie is not only lovely but an absolute pro who can offer advice and guidance to achieve the look that you want let it be brows or nails! She also pays attention to the ingredients in products, sensitivities you might have. Wholeheartedly recommend this salon!

Annie is very professional and clearly knows her stuff! She is always very particular to ensure that my brows are perfect. I don’t think I would go anywhere else now.

I had a consultation for micro blading today. Annie explained the procedure and answered all my questions really clearly. The patch tests were done and all the reading material for the procedure will be emailed to me so I can be sure I am happy to proceed.

First time visiting Annie, thoroughly lovely experience and would happily recommend to anyone. She was very friendly and welcoming which was nice especially as a new customer which can be a bit nerve wrecking and I was very pleased with the result!

I had the deluxe facial which was amazing and so unbelievably relaxing. So much so I nodded off a few times. I also had the deluxe natural nails as I don't really wear nail polish often but wanted them tidied up. They look so much better now. Thank you

Over all very pleased with my brows, right brown proving difficult as at the moment looking patchy, this might settle down once the tint applied has faded a little. Possibly too soon to comment, and might not be a fair comment.

Vicki is extremely professional and very welcoming. She clearly knows her trade and does an amazing job, keeping the clients wants and needs as her top priority. I cannot rate her highly enough.
