Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Kerry was really friendly and explained everything to my 10 year old daughter for her 1st ear piercings. Was all stress free and I have a very happy girl now!

Got it — friendly and warm, but not too casual 😊 I recently had my nose pierced and had such a lovely experience. I was feeling nervous, but Kerry was amazing and made me feel at ease straight away. She explained everything clearly and kept checking in with me during and afterwards to make sure I was okay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend Kerry.

Excellent. Invisible Eyebrows have reappeared and have a great shape. I would say they look very natural and quite commanding!!! My pedicure is great. As a hairstylist my feet are of the utmost importance. It’s a Good grooming and Stylish Comfort aspect. I like to have them on show also; Therefore they’ve got to look good. Highly recommended. Rx

Great. Considering I am scared of needles 🙈😂, Kerry put me at ease. The procedure was far less painful than I had built it up to be in my head. It literally was just a sharp scratch! I will be booking in for another piercing soon ☺️

Annie renewed the microblading, which was amazing. My eyes looked so blue when l looked in the mirror. I have also had my eye lashes darkened and l am very pleased with the result. I hardly need to wear any makeup now. yes 100%
