I've been having Hollywood waxes for over 20 years, and I can honestly say Lottie is by far the best I've ever been to. Today's appointment was the least painful wax I've ever had, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. I had the Rocks facial today and I have to say, it was amazing. Ana take great care in making every second you are with her just beautiful. She has a fabulous way with her and I can honestly say, I ALWAYS come out feeling amazing and pampered and relaxed and thoroughly taken care of. I really enjoyed both the facial and the massage today. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the treatment, even with the tutors observing and providing guidance. The massage pressure was firm, just as I like it! I was also impressed with how confidently the student worked while asking her tutors questions whenever she needed clarification. She demonstrated a good understanding of the treatment and explained each step of the process, including why she was carrying it out. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!
