It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Oscar.

I had a wonderful experience at The Lash and Brow Gallery with Oscar! I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a bit cautious, but Oscar was incredibly gentle and attentive. The eyelash extensions look amazing and feel so natural, and the brow wax was done with such care—no irritation at all. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best masseuse in Melbourne! Kumi has an absolute gift. Just incredible. I’ve had massages all over the world and nothing as good as this. Kumi’s facials and treatments are also amazing. It’s a wonderful relaxing space! Would highly recommend.
