First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Sandra is an amazing,kind women she listens to whatever you want and done and takes that into consideration.She has a calm atmosphere and is a person you can trust.I had a brow wax and I have been to multiple places in the city and she is the best,absolutely love my brows and have had so many compliments since getting them done.She properly takes her time and talks you through the process.
