Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I cannot recommend Emma enough!! She is the loviest person and made me feel at ease straight away! I have just left after having a 2 hour pamper session (massage and facial) and feel like a new person!!! I booked in last minute and she was able to accommodate me, asked and listened to my needs! Today i had a pumpkin facial. Its not just the facial that was good its how professional michelle was and how she delivers this service. She dosnt rush her facials, shes very attentive and thoughtful throughout! The enviroment is just perfect for a relaxing experience. Its also clean and clinical. I am looking forward to continuing my skin journey with michelle. I have picture of my skin at the start of my journey and will tale pictures each stage to show my results.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. The massage techniques were incredibly relaxing, and I left with a natural glow I wasn’t expecting. Such a beautiful treatment — I’d definitely have it again.

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.
