went for a my first ever back wax (i was worried about the pain ) but it was minimal , i was given sound advice and looked after well we spoke to help my nervousness , i highly recommend the service , andrada was nothing but helpful checking things like the wax temperature how i was doing with the pain and keeping me update on the estimated time left , a great service , i will be back , much more relaxed this time

First time using Emily and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She did a fantastic job correcting a colour issue left by a previous hairdresser and really took the time to get it right. Emily is such a lovely lady, very friendly and complementary. I wanted something low maintenance and easily manageable, since becoming a mum I don't have much time to do my hair.
