I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Noor is amazing. She is very skillful at waxing, minimizing the level of discomfort. She always has helpful suggestions with no pressure applied.
