I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

I just had the most amazing facial experience! The staff was super friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Noor is amazing. She is very skillful at waxing, minimizing the level of discomfort. She always has helpful suggestions with no pressure applied. Today after my leg waxing, she recommended I try the eyelash tint. She had the time so I agreed to try it! Amazing. I will not need to apply mascara for a few weeks. Love,Love, Love!!!! Alexis was beyond lovely, very attentive and meticulous. My pedicure was relaxing, the brow wax was perfect, and I’m so glad I chose the cat eye manicure!! I highly recommend, and will be back!

Enjoyed my treatment with Suneela. I never usually give a full rate to any one or business, as there is always room for improvement. I gave her a cash tip, as had experience if its in the billing for my MC then sometimes its charged then the tax, so paying tax on the tip...no no. thx
