Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax. First visit to Mode and OMG what a wonderful treatment I had, will definitely be back for more. Everything was explained before starting treatment and throughout, nice relaxing music. Treatment was Dermaplaning which included neck, shoulders and arm massage. Left so relaxed and refreshed.
