Amazing! Results of my brow wax and lash lift & tint are SO good! Katie is a lovely person, I felt immediately comfortable and we had a nice natter while I relaxed! Katie is very friendly and chilled, it immediately put me at ease (someone who rarely gets beauty treatments!) Katie is also super professional and knowledgable, I learned stuff I definitely should have been advised of before…! Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I always go to Megan for my Hollywood Wax, she is very good at what she does and makes you feel at ease. Today she has also done my eyebrows and they’re perfect, I’m so pleased! Don’t hesitate to book in, you won’t be disappointed :) X

I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa today with Heidi. A totally relaxing treatment leaving my scalp and hair in great condition. Also includes a massage for arms, neck and feet. I left the salon feeling totally chilled. I'm happy to highly recommend both the treatment and Silk Beauty and Wellness Clinic.

Absolutely amazing 😍🥳 100% after trying 3 eye lash tech’s in norwich always disappointed but went to glambox had the lovely Shayla and I’m just sooo HAPPY with the lashes I got.. I almost cried with happiness .. please go to glambox they are amazing girls and such a laugh there.. defiantly a little girl pad I’ll be going back all the time without question 😍🥰

Beth was very friendly and polite. She carried out two new waxing treatments. I was surprised the treatments were not as painful as I expected them to be. I am pleased with the results and I have booked a repeat session in three weeks time.

I’ve been bringing my daughter to this salon for a long time now for under arm waxes - it doesn’t matter who we see, everyone is welcoming and takes great care. Highly recommend.
