Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

First time ever having anything on my face done! Had a chemical peel done and it was a lovely experience felt comfortable reasoning being was Eleanor, she was so lovely and talked me though the whole process

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Amazing experience with Sue for my Hydrafacial. I had the platinum hydrafacial which included an exfoliation, extraction, hydration, masks and red light therapy. The experience was amazing and so relaxing. It includes a facial massage which was the most relaxing feeling yet also so satisfying to see all the dirt etc come out of my face at the end of the treatment. My face feels so clean now and love how I look in the mirror. Sue was a great therapist, good advice, really informative, tailored the facial to what my needs and gave me some samples of products to take away. Can’t wait to come back

If I could give ten stars I would. My skin was so dehydrated after sunny holiday and the cleanse… exfoliation.. massage.. light treatment and creams have skin looking so so plump fresh and glowing .. I love it . Also had a treatment on my neck and décolletage which is a big problem area for me… felt a bit funny at start but wow what a difference after the first treatment. Thank you Suzanne .. I will definitely be back … next week and the week after and thereafter 😜💕
