Jackie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. I can already feel the benefit from the sports massage and can’t wait for the next one. I had the 90-minute facial and it was AMAZING. Amelia made me feel so comfortable, asking me throughout about pressure during the back massage, there was lovely relaxing music throughout, and warm blankets. She’s super knowledgeable too. Honestly couldn’t recommend more! ✨

One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

Tammie is so warm and welcoming. She makes sure you are relaxed and the whole experience was so incredibly relaxing. There was so much attention to detail, even down to the warm massage bed. The massage was expertly given and I left feeling so relaxed and calm. I will be booking as a regular client.
