I had a blow dry with Kay for the first time and she didn't disappoint. She took time to understand what I wanted and then started the appointment with an incredible massage to relax me. I love going to the Harrow branch of Full Stop! Fantastic service and all the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Phuong, he's an artist. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service provided. I wish I'd started going here years ago.

Vishani is such a lovely person and so professional. Today she threaded my daughters upper lip. She has now had experience with both waxing and threading and honestly, she prefers threading over waxing! She said Vishani was so gentle and it didn’t hurt as much as waxing. I would definately recommend Vishani’s services and even more so when you have little ones ‘first time’ with treatment.

I had Back Waxing and a 90min Deep tissue massage and stretchings with Val. He expertly delivered the treatment and was very intuitive on treating my shoulders and upper back where I carry a lot of tension, addressed all the issues I had and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Really lovely guy, great setting and excellent deep tissue massage. As someone who’s job is physically demanding and trains a lot, he did a superb job of releiving long standing tension and pain across multiple areas, I will be returning and highly recommend!
