I’ve been strength training around three times a week, so I regularly deal with tight and sore muscles. I had a sports massage with Veleriu and he really took the time to work on the areas that were particularly tight and knew exactly where the tension was coming from. He’s friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be booking another session and would highly recommend him, especially if you train regularly.
