I’ve been coming to Shola for years for my lashes and brows, but just had my first sugar experience! Underarms and Hollywood. As always Shola was so professional and completely put me at ease. I’ve got thick hair but she helped with breathing and for my first time it hurt a lot less than I was anticipating! I’m already so happy with the results and will be feeling confident for upcoming weddings and holiday! Couldn’t recommend Shola more, and if you are considering getting sugared - do it!

Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

I can’t recommend Lauren enough! She’s incredibly meticulous and makes sure every lash is perfect. Not only does she have an amazing eye for detail, but she’s also warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes every appointment so enjoyable. Shola was professional, confident & made me feel relaxed & reassured. I have super sensitive skin & have had real problems with waxing in the past. Shola explained about sugaring in detail & how to prepare my skin plus aftercare. After the sugaring my skin has been absolutely fine & I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Shola

So i had my eyebrows done this evening, And first of all what a lovely friendly warm environment and very welcoming, my brows are quite a funny shape and I'm so chuffed with how lovely and full the shape are now really fluffy looking and overall a lovely full brow! I had a fabulous microdermabrasion facial, which included a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage. The arm and hand massage was also amazing. Charlie was as delightful as ever and I was also warmly greeted by Stanley, her furbaby 💙

Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Staff are lovely and warm, as well as super talented. Nails are second to none. Coffee is also tasty. Love the atmosphere here, and it being dog friendly is also a huge plus. Thank you for a lovely start to my sister's birthday. Definitely coming back soon

Second time I’ve visited Lauren for a hydro facial and I would highly recommend. Lovely warm, welcoming environment, Lauren is always friendly and easy to talk to making you feel at ease and relaxed. The facial is amazing and always love the added bonus of head, neck and shoulder massage!! I leave feeling refreshed and planning when I can book another visit!!

Lovely service with Beth today who was very warm and friendly- I usually hate this time of year when I need to get me feet out, but Beth has brought my confidence back with my toenail reconstruction. My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Her salon is lovely and warm and her treatment bed is super comfortable with cushions that feel like a hug! Lovely conversation and super work. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work. Warm welcoming environment the beauticians at the beauty house were really lovely and I’m very pleased with my nails. Fingers crossed for the spray tan. I shall find out tomorrow. I’m sure it will be perfect.
