Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Kate’s passion and knowledge is second to none when it comes to all things beauty and in particular looking after your skin with a menu of facials to choose from x

Poppy is amazing! I would highly recommend her! This was my second appointment with Poppy. First was a back,neck & shoulder massage which was just perfect. Very relaxing anad exactly what I needed. Then today was waxing which was very well done and Poppy is very professional and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment 😊

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.
