Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

I can’t recommend Lauren enough! She’s incredibly meticulous and makes sure every lash is perfect. Not only does she have an amazing eye for detail, but she’s also warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes every appointment so enjoyable. I had a fabulous microdermabrasion facial, which included a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage. The arm and hand massage was also amazing. Charlie was as delightful as ever and I was also warmly greeted by Stanley, her furbaby 💙

Second time I’ve visited Lauren for a hydro facial and I would highly recommend. Lovely warm, welcoming environment, Lauren is always friendly and easy to talk to making you feel at ease and relaxed. The facial is amazing and always love the added bonus of head, neck and shoulder massage!! I leave feeling refreshed and planning when I can book another visit!!

Lovely service with Beth today who was very warm and friendly- I usually hate this time of year when I need to get me feet out, but Beth has brought my confidence back with my toenail reconstruction. My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Her salon is lovely and warm and her treatment bed is super comfortable with cushions that feel like a hug! Lovely conversation and super work. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work. I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and I’m really pleased with the results. The treatment was quick, clean, and the therapist made me feel comfortable throughout. My brows look neat and well-shaped, and the upper lip area is smooth with minimal redness that went down quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love this salon and all the staff! So welcoming and friendly. I had a wax done by Sophia and she is the fastest beautician I have ever been too. Quick and minimal pain (typical when you have thick hairs😂). I will be using this salon as my go to Salon from now on. Highly recommend anyone who’s started the waxing journey to try here!
