Got eyebrow reshape under arm wax and ears pieced. Love it and kay was chatty, didnt hurt and felt relaxed. Will be coming again. Going to book a foot massage and underarm wax.

I’ve been going to Sammy for a few years for lashes which are always perfect and last really well. Today I had a Swedish back massage. I suffer with very stiff shoulders and bad back. Sammy knew exactly what areas to work on and she worked wonders. It’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I left feeling so light, I had a much better range of movement in my neck and arms. Sammy always thinks of the smaller details to make you feel very comfortable. Her room is lovely relaxing and cosy! 100% recommend for Swedish massage. I’ll be back :)

I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. I have a ‘full body wax’ including brow & lash tint and every time I walk away I feel amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, in fact I travel 40 minutes each way! Thanks again Chantelle x

after a bad experience with a wax at another salon, i was extremely nervous. sammy made me feel so relaxed and comfortable as per usual. the quickest, most painless wax i have ever had, and felt so at ease throughout the whole appointment. sammy is always so friendly and welcoming and will listen and help with any worries or concerns you may have!

I had a fabulous microdermabrasion facial, which included a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage. The arm and hand massage was also amazing. Charlie was as delightful as ever and I was also warmly greeted by Stanley, her furbaby 💙

First time in Bristol I found very nice n lovely professional.The service I took was amazing,very focus on work..Highly recommended to everyone.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

Thank you Chantelle for my usual excellent appointment for gel nails and eyebrow wax and tint . Also excellent massage by Emma who is training, i was fully relaxed, she asked what pressure I would like and I said firm and that's exactly what she did checking that the pressure was comfortable .
