I’ve been coming to Shola for years for my lashes and brows, but just had my first sugar experience! Underarms and Hollywood. As always Shola was so professional and completely put me at ease. I’ve got thick hair but she helped with breathing and for my first time it hurt a lot less than I was anticipating! I’m already so happy with the results and will be feeling confident for upcoming weddings and holiday! Couldn’t recommend Shola more, and if you are considering getting sugared - do it!

Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

I had to bring my toddler with me to my nail appointment today.. enough said! Holly stayed consistently professional, somehow! My nails are amazing and she even managed perfect nail art with me constantly flinging my arms around trying to tame my child! All the other ladies were also amazing constantly offering me help with my daughter and asking if I needed anything and checking I was ok! Everyone with a child knows how daunting these things can be but Holly and all the ladies made me feel safe and reassured that it was all ok! Can’t wait to come back next time… CHILD FREE! Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Staff are lovely and warm, as well as super talented. Nails are second to none. Coffee is also tasty. Second time I’ve visited Lauren for a hydro facial and I would highly recommend. Lovely warm, welcoming environment, Lauren is always friendly and easy to talk to making you feel at ease and relaxed. The facial is amazing and always love the added bonus of head, neck and shoulder massage!! I leave feeling refreshed and planning when I can book another visit!!

For anything beauty, I only come to Kaycie Kyle Brislington. I always have such a good experience & leave feeling great. So i had my eyebrows done this evening, And first of all what a lovely friendly warm environment and very welcoming, my brows are quite a funny shape and I'm so chuffed with how lovely and full the shape are now really fluffy looking and overall a lovely full brow! Warm welcoming environment the beauticians at the beauty house were really lovely and I’m very pleased with my nails. Fingers crossed for the spray tan. I shall find out tomorrow. I’m sure it will be perfect.

I had a fabulous microdermabrasion facial, which included a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage. The arm and hand massage was also amazing. Charlie was as delightful as ever and I was also warmly greeted by Stanley, her furbaby 💙

I only have good things to say about my appointment with Shola! Lovely little salon and Shola was very warm, friendly and put me at ease. I got my eyebrows tinted/shaped & facial sugaring. Shola has great attention to deal and ensured that I was informed with the process and happy with the colour & results. I will never go back to waxing now I've had sugaring - less painful & better results! Shola is great at what she does and I will absolutely be a regular customer from now on! Very happy, thank you :)
