I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!

Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Bristol Thai Spa were very friendly and accommodating of my last minute booking. I drifted into sleep on the table and floated on air after a one hour full body massage from Rena. Due to a long-term health condition and menopause, my muscles have been very stiff for a number of years. Rena asked me about areas of vulnerability and regularly checked in about the amount of pressure she was applying without being intrusive to the whole experience. It's been almost a week and I am still more flexible and find it easier to carry out physical tasks than before. Thank you so much, Rena and BTS.

Absolutely authentic and perfect pressure massage. Katie was really professional and knew exactly the pressure points. I usually have to ask for more pressure at back with others but she just knew what is needed in deep tissue. I can say the best Massage ever received in Bristol. Thanks

Such a lovely experience going to see Ellen for a massage yesterday! The place is so welcoming and calm, & Ellen made me feel really cared for and relaxed throughout. I tried the herbal compress heat therapy massage and it was amazing! A really good deep massage followed by the heat of the compress that was incredibly relaxing and really helped my muscles let go. Ellen makes the compress specially for your treatment, which feels really special & I felt thoroughly relaxed & nurtured by the whole experience. It was much needed and I'll definitely be back! I knew Louise was great for Reflexology and today when I had very stiff shoulders I asked for a shoulder massage and was impressed, yet again, by her skill. She knew just where to undo knots and just how hard to apply pressure for results without pain. The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable and effective.

I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. This was this first time I’d been to Manpreet. My daughter bought me a voucher for a Weekend Treat. I didn’t really know what to expect but it was amazing. I had a full body massage and a deep cleanse facial and loved it. Manpreet was lovely and made Me feel comfortable and relaxed even before the treatment started. I couldn't recommend Lucy more highly. I've had a lot of massages over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best I've ever experienced. I came with chronic back pain and needed some real relief. Lucy tailored the session entirely to my needs, incorporating a variety of techniques and working in conversation with both me and my body. She did both between gentle and firm pressure, really listening and responding it never felt formulaic. I left feeling amazing, with a significant amount of tension released. Fantastic pregnancy massage with Lauren today. She explained everything & made sure I was comfy in each position. I loved the face, scalp & shoulders especially, Lauren spent a good amount of time on the atypical problem areas (hips, feet & ankles), well thought out! It would be handy to have more detailed directions for first-time visitors as I was a little late arriving to the appointment trying to find LD massage around the back 🙈 this is definitely a me-problem, but may help others?

Exceptional treatment. The warm welcome, the personalised drinks, the inviting room, everything spotless (I notice these things), I love how time was taken to establish my wants & needs from the treatment as it gave me time to land. The treatment utter bliss, my whole body melted as I relaxed into the soft, white covers listening to beautifully chosen music in the background. Thank you so much for today – I feel wonderful! Everything from start to finish was incredible. I loved creating my own oil blend, enjoying a delicious matcha, lime & celery juice beforehand and jasmine green tea afterwards. Ceri made me feel so welcome and comfortable, especially as it was my first hot oil wrap. The body brushing, salt scrub, warm oils, wrap and scalp massage were amazing.
