Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. I saw Nikki for a dermalogica facial . I lost count of all the different stages that she went through as I ended up being so relaxed. Cleansing, toning, scrubs, masks (including an amazing heated eye mask) moisturising. Not to forget the neck, shoulder, hand and arms being massaged as well. From start to finish, I was so relaxed, I'm amazed I didn't completely fall asleep tho I almost did! This experience is worth every single penny - Nikki is a total credit to the beauty industry and I would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting a good experience

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham.
