Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

I had issues with my previous pedicure and was offered a full pedicure for free, I found that to be good service. I also really enjoy talking to the staff who are always warm and friendly.

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

This cozy spa was serene and immediately calming. The massage struck the perfect balance between relaxing and firm just where it was needed. Rhenea’s voice was incredibly soothing, she was warm yet professional, recommending next steps & home helps. I was so grateful for the opportunity after the service to get up at my own pace. She even offered me tea! It was a simple gesture but it said “I see you as a person, not just a booking; you can truly relax here.” I highly recommend this knowledgeable, talented young woman and her team!

This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.

She made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and great conversation—it felt like catching up with an old friend! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the foot soak to the massage, and paid attention to every detail. My feet feel amazing, and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed. I had a fantastic experience. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with warm smiles. The whole ambience was on point -music, smell, everything. I had a great massage experience. Definitely doing it again. When I was leaving I was sent off with the same warmth I received on arrival, plus a glass of non alcoholic wine .
