Miroslava is a very knowledgeable professional and friendly massage therapist. She did a Sports Massage and incorporated some cupping for my shoulder, which has made a huge difference to my mobility. I went to see Miroslava at her new clinic after a recommendation from my girlfriend. I never really get massages but I had been experiencing some lower back pain due to work. Miroslava discussed what kind of pressure and what areas needed focussing on, and throughout the massage she kept double checking the pressure was suitable. She was also super knowledgeable regarding how posture and pressure impacts your entire body. It was a very intense sports massage that I can still feel a few days after, so I would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you!
