I’ve been getting my hair done by Sumin for over a year, starting from when she was at another salon. She always gives honest advice on styles and colours and genuinely tries her best to achieve the most satisfying result. I’ve had so many compliments on my red-brown hair colour—random people at Melbourne Central and even on the train have stopped me to ask about it! I loved it so much I had it done twice. This time I went slightly darker and love it just as much. If you want a bubbly, skilled hair designer, Sumin is the one!

Soo was amazing. She asked me questions about how I usually style my hair and my comfort level with using hair tools to make sure my haircut was manageable. She cut perfect soft layers that frame my face just the way I wanted. She also gave me lots of tips of how to style my hair. Thank you so much Soo, I will be back next time I am in Melbourne ☺️

A truly incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with warmth and given thorough recommendations for my choice of treatment. The bath house is small but has everything you need with just the right amount of natural light. I enjoyed the complete quiet - the only thing you could hear were the jets in the magnesium pool. The massage and facial were stunning. Mandy was attentive and it was a really inspiring for a budding massage therapy. It was the best way to spend my last day in Melbourne. Left feeling calm and invigorated for the day ahead.

We frequently visit the Richmond studio, due to unavailability we tried Fitzroy. A great experience, having sauna, shower and bath in the one room was a big bonus

The best place in Melbourne to recharge. Highly recommend the HBOT paired with Red Light Therapy if you want to feel a million dollars.

The most incredible sauna experience! Staff are always lovely and willing to help. Amenities and saunas are clean and well maintained.

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.
