We frequently visit the Richmond studio, due to unavailability we tried Fitzroy. A great experience, having sauna, shower and bath in the one room was a big bonus

My partner and I went to Newleaf Spa on Valentine’s Day for a couples massage, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had in Melbourne. Jesse and Tuna were both absolutely amazing, professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly, highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

Every single time I come to recovery lounge, I leave feeling more impressed than the last. Yesterday we tried out the new private area/ traditional sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium bath. This was a game changer, going from cold to hot felt like you were on some beautiful island 🙏 both pools have big jet pumps for your calves making the experience so much relaxing. I could really feel the difference in how my body felt yesterday after using these facilities. I’m a big supporter of Recovery lounge, there’s nothing like it here in Melbourne, private recovery at its best :)

Unbelievable! I’ve been going to Orchard Prahan since before covid shenanigans… you will never find a friendlier, more customer focussed healthy business EVER! Liz and Syme treat you like family and are incredibly generous with everyone and everything. Try everything they have and then find your routine and buy a membership (so much cheaper than one off sessions) Location fantastic. Carpark right next to Prahan markets and a 11 minute walk. Check out their Richmond location too.

Best health and wellness centre in Melbourne

I’ve been coming for years here, it’s honestly one of the best recovery places in all of Melbourne. The traditional sauna is elite sitting anywhere between 90-100 degrees and the 2 ice baths which are 1 metre away when you step out the sauna are sitting 4 to 7 degrees. It’s honestly the perfect recovery space and you walk away feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Jason and his team have done a phenomenal job in making this the ultimate place for recovery. Can’t wait to go again! Keep healthy!

Visited Melbourne for a week and stumbled upon this place. I rented the sauna 3 days in a row. I loved it. The owner was the sweetest ever.

What a beautiful space! I flew to Melbourne and first stop was to try nimbus and it was amazing! I really appreciated the private sauna & shower experience. The space was thoughtfully designed and kind, attentive staff made for a wonderful experience.

What a experience!! It literially like i walked into small piece of Japanese tranquality in Melbourne. I had hot stone massage, and it was exactly what i needed! The staff looks well after you as soon as you walk in, it like you can leave worries at the door, will definetly come again!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Sumin for over a year, starting from when she was at another salon. She always gives honest advice on styles and colours and genuinely tries her best to achieve the most satisfying result. I’ve had so many compliments on my red-brown hair colour—random people at Melbourne Central and even on the train have stopped me to ask about it! I loved it so much I had it done twice. This time I went slightly darker and love it just as much. If you want a bubbly, skilled hair designer, Sumin is the one!
