My partner and I visited Norbu for a couples massage. We have Bella and Clara and this was the best massage we have had. We also visited then during a promotional period and so it was even more value for money. We alsp enjoyed the infrared sauna for 40mins after the massage. Towels,hair tie abd bathrobes were provided and the vibe of this retreat was 10/10 so we left feeling really relaxed and satisfied

First time coming to gentle recovery, and the experience was really great. I did the infrared sauna and cold bath. First time doing the cold bath, and left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Coming back tomorrow and taking a pal to experience it too!

Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. I felt completely renewed after the service and have rebooked my next session already. I thoroughly recommend this incredibly transformative service. Thank you Natalia!

My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

Loved it The actual sauna itself is fantastic. Only bone I had to pick was the shower facilities were really small and there was no hot water when I was there. Other than that I’ll be returning for sure

This was my first experience of 'floating'. Online booking was very easy. The centre is very clean and calming and has everything you need for your visit. Both the sauna and float rooms have their own showers - so convenient. The float was a tremendous experience. Kenny explained everything about the tank, the benefits of floating and how to get the most out of the experience. The icing on the cake was the deep tissue massage - one of the best I've ever had. Thanks Kenny :)

Beautiful products used by firm and knowledgeable hands. The outside of the building belies the talents inside. Very worthwhile visiting and their skin products are excellent. I bought the face moisturiser and am loving it.

The most wonderful infrared experience. Really felt a difference after the sauna. The lymphatic massage was fantastic. Great combination of targeting tight areas and relaxing.

The owner was fantastic and so helpful! It was my first time doing any of these treatments and she was so knowledgeable and explained everything well to me. I love LOVED the full body LED and will be back to do that again, the single person sauna wasn’t for me, however i’d love to try the infrared sauna where you can sit up and play music in the future! The float tank was an experience, however probably wasn’t for me. Will be back in the future, such a lovely, clean, tidy space, I felt very relaxed after! Looking forward to my next LED.

Absolutely lovely experience here today :) Di and Belle looked after me with so much love and care. I had a really tough week and I left feeling so much better! A massage, sauna and float was exactly what I needed! They’re going through some Reno’s, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all!
