This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

The best wax I’ve ever gotten!!! She is highly educated, professional, and knowledgable. It’s very evident that she loves this industry. Barely felt any pain. My experience was great. I drew a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and lisa brought them to life in the best way possible. She was kind and precise. I've never had someone take so much care as to the shape of my nails. Lisa regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. If I needed anything, if I was too hot if I needed water. If the pressure was okay on my nails. I've never had better service. Would whole heartedly recommend.
