Had a lovely experience - from patch test, booking, treatment and aftercare. I got a lash lift and brow lamination which i love! She listened to what I wanted and delivered. She explained the entire process step by step, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout, as I always knew what was happening. She also clearly explained all the aftercare steps.
