I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. She also carried out thorough checks afterwards and did careful touch-ups at the end to make sure everything was even. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the clinic more! Thank you! 💋

Really quick and easy, and the staff are super friendly and answer all queries. Felt very comfortable.

Friendly, efficient , explained everything, eager to meet customer needs. Explained aftercare and gave me a leaflet as a useful reminder. Would definitely recommend for eyebrow microblading.

Love love love my brows and lashes. And the bikini wax was by far the least painful I've ever had! Xx

Amazing clinic and the results im having are fantastic. Healing is great and the ice cooling machine makes such a diffrence. Dan and emily are great, feel so comftable and they care about your wellbeing and are very knowledgeable. Can't rate enough

Sarah was amazing - incredibly knowledgeable, talked me through a treatment that was new to me and sent comprehensive aftercare instructions immediately after the appointment - she has also checked in regularly with me to check the progress of the treatment - would definitely go back!

Amazing powder brows, they are way more better than I could of ever have hoped for. They are perfect beyond words . So pleased with them and would never trust anyone else. Sarah's level of prep before hand to make sure they are perfect is next level she's amazing at what she does.
