2 trips to see Jo this week had the most wonderful pedicure it’s better than going to the foot doctor my feet are much better and get the added bonus of painted nails. Back again today for a new set of builder and pretty pink varnish. Thanks Jo always a lovely relax and amazing service 😊

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. I had such a lovely experience with Tegan! She was so kind and patient with me from start to finish. I have really long hair and honestly felt a bit sorry for her, but she handled it like a pro and never made me feel rushed. All of the staff were so welcoming too. I was quite nervous going in as a new client, especially as I haven’t had my hair done properly in years due to past experiences. But they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so happy with the result and will be using Tegan for as long as she’ll have me! Thank you so much 💛
