I was so nervous getting my Korean lash lift and tint as I wasn't keen on keeping my eyes closed for such a long time, and I'd had a terrible experience at another salon!.But Michelle made me feel completely at ease, she talked through absolutely everything that was going on, and the time whizzed by. I had the Luxury SkinBase™ Hydro Facial with Michelle, she has just launched this treatment and I would highly recommend it. The luxury version uses ice globes which are so soothing on the face. I've had a microdermabrasion course with Michelle so this was a fantastic next step. Michelle clearly explained what the treatment would entail and how it would feel, she also checked in during the treatment to make sure I was ok. I left the salon with the most amazing skin, it was so plump and felt so soft.

I had an age resist facial with Michelle and wow, what a wonderful treatment. It was around an hour of pure bliss, I felt like I was floating on a cloud, so relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. Michelle explained all the steps in the treatment beforehand and what they would achieve. I asked Michelle about products for home care to keep up the good work and she was so helpful. I had a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage with Michelle. The salon was so calming with lovely lighting and smelt amazing. The massage was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure and Michelle worked really hard to encourage all my knots to disappear! Michelle asked lots of questions beforehand to enquire about my current state of health and any niggles I was experiencing and provided me with great aftercare advice.
